Investment Bank ~ Global Markets Conference ~ Outer Sanctum
For over 5 years, Anagram has been working with Outer Sanctum to provide the sound, lighting, audio visual and IT services to a leading International Investment Bank, for a series of high profile residential Conferences and Gala Dinners held in Barcelona and London.
Each year, a ground breaking and intricate set is designed, requiring substantial pre production design and tested of the embedded lighting. The featured sets used Thomas Pixel lines in the vertical columns, Griven Palco LED floods under the acrylic floor sections and a large number of dimmable fluorescents behind the curved perspex back wall.
In addition to the embedded lighting in the set, conventional fixtures and numerous moving wash lights were controlled by a Chamsys MQ100 moving light desk.
A Yamaha M7CL digital mixing desk supplemented by BSS Soundweb provided the audio control for a system fed by 13 radio microphones, 4 lectern, 8 table Mic's and various VT replay sources.
Video production comprised of two projected screens and a number of relay plasma screens inside and outside the conference space. All the screens were fed by a 3-camera shoot and computer graphics and VT playback.
A complete show and event network was installed around the Hotel Arts to provide the client with high speed internet, high speed colour and B&W printing and access to crucial Conference databases. This was achieved by using customised rack mounted show servers; including backup UPS. Greenrooms were also fitted out with dedicated high specification graphics computers for the client presentation support team to produce and modify the show content.
Further computers were installed at the reception desks, transit desks, one to one meeting desks and across back of house offices. All show graphics operators also had live links to the green rooms for instant presentation updates whilst the conference in live, using custom rack mounted show server including a back up UPS and a lot of cabling!
