Event Solutions

Successful event production is about details....and also about the big picture. At Anagram, we spend a lot of time on details, we are technical, practical people and we are focussed on solving problems and the tools we need to do so. We also know that the technical side of an event is only part of the story, there are broader considerations to think about that can influence the way an event is implemented. Sometimes these are budget issues, sometimes choice of venue or event schedule. All of these can have a big impact.

We have built our approach to providing event services on a combination of attention to the small things whilst not losing touch with the big issues.

To help us help our clients we like to be involved with a project as early as possible so we can provide information for them to make informed choices. Practical information on the real limitations of a venue, or the cost implications of a schedule is vital for the overall event - we can provide this input from an early stage.

This all sounds a little negative, but we don't just spend our time saying "no, this won't work in here" and offering no better advice!

dt_cm_01The inverse of looking at a venue and knowing what won't work is looking at a venue, thinking about it and coming up with creative suggestions and concepts that will work in that space. Our larger production company clients tend to feed our suggestions back to their own set designers, but many of the smaller companies and end-clients rely on us to provide creative input and set designs for all their productions. We have in-house 3D CAD facilities and talented set designers that can turn these concepts into completed designs and visualisations.

Why "Solutions"?

We have emphasised complete solutions as that is the true ethos of Anagram. It's all about all parts of a production working together in harmony - the right people with the right attitude, the right equipment, the right logistics, the right plan - all working together to deliver the best result for our clients.

On the technical side, the inventory that we stock and use is all professional-level equipment appropriate to our industry. We also have partnerships with specialist suppliers for things we don't own so we can be sure of using the right tool for the job.

The Bottom-Line?

We are not a company that provides a pile of cheap equipment and a bunch of random unbriefed freelance crew and considers that a satisfactory service. This means that we will never be the cheapest supplier around, but we aim to offer good value for money by a combination of competitively-priced equipment and great added-value from advice and creative input. We may cost a little more than the very cheapest quote, but what price is peace of mind and a great job worth?
