Event IT

Several of our large conference clients have a need to have a complete IT infrastructure on site at their events. This can comprise a reception desk using a database of delegates for conference management, a graphics department where presentations are modified and developed by the in-house graphics team, a presenter green room where presentations are rehearsed and a direct link to the conference AV team so presentation content changes can be made right up to minutes before the presentation.

it_registration_desk_01This kind of installation can be made to work over standard conference venue installed networks, but this generally results in a very slow and unreliable system since the network bandwidth will be shared with everything else going on in the venue. There is also the question of security since anyone in the venue can tap in to sensitive network data.

Anagram have developed a system based on custom network servers that allows an independent and secure system to be set up to serve the conference IT. This uses a single-point link to the outside world via the venue network for internet access, but all the internal data traffic stays hidden on a fast, private network.

Apart from the network infrastructure itself, we can provide all the computers necessary for conference support with standard presentation design tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flash MX , Adobe Acrobat and other key software tools.

Conference Email

it_computerFor some of our clients we set up and host special email domains specific to the conference. This provides an standard way for delegates to contact the admin team and a unified place to email presentations.
